Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Margate, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of services shall include but not be limited to providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and permits to furnish and install pavilions, exercise equipment, playground, water features, landscaping, irrigation, bathroom facilities, lighting, basketball, pickle ball and tennis courts at Centennial Park, 7800 NW 19th Court, Margate, FL 33063. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid price payable to the City of Margate as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. The work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. All communications and technical questions relative to this Work shall be directed to the ARCHITECT and/or Owner Rep prior to bid opening. The City of Margate (Owner) reserves the right to waive informalities and/or irregularities in any bid and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to take any other action that may be deemed in its best interest.
