Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tigard, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will design and construct a 1.4-acre neighborhood park connecting Steve Street and Southwest 84th Ave. The concept plan, developed in 2015, includes community garden beds, a multi-age play structure, and an open lawn area with a short loop trail. The turnaround at the end of 84th Ave. will be improved to provide better visibility into the park. As of August 20, 2024, per owner, Tigard is beginning construction document preparation phase of the project. Construction is slated to begin in Summer of 2025. A design team has not been selected yet.
