Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 35,105-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
**As of May 24, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Brazoria County is seeking proposals for a new pre-engineered metal building of approximately 20,101 SF to house Brazoria County's Parks Department Headquarters, including lobby, reception, offices, kitchen, banquet hall, conference room, restrooms, storage, and other miscellaneous areas. Project also includes a new pre-engineered metal building of approximately 15,004 SF to serve as a Maintenance Shop, including shop areas, storage areas, office/training room, conference room, kitchen/breakroom, and restrooms. Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation or interpretation of the proposal must make a written request which must be received by the Purchasing Department on or before Thursday, March 16, 2023. The request must be emailed to bidclarifications@brazoriacountytx.gov.
