This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform High Voltage Equipment Maintenance and Repair Service. The Contractor will be Compensated for the services in accordance with the Service Rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet and the Published Price List which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, licenses at no additional cost to the state and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Institutions. This service is for California Correctional Institution and Pelican Bay State Prison only.
