Sealed Proposals for the construction of the Woodland Place Gravity Sewer project The project will include the following described construction: The furnishing, installing, and testing of approximately 1,430 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity interceptor sewer main; 4-foot diameter concrete manholes, unclassified excavation, earthen and concrete check dams, stream crossings, sediment / erosion control procedures, rip-rap streambank stabilization, backfill, tie-ins of all lines entering existing manholes, handling wastewater flows for tie-in to existing gravity sewers and sewer manholes, working in close proximity with other utilities, testing, reconnections/tie-ins, sewer service reconnections, surface and property restoration, pavement restoration, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications. The City of Mt.
