The furnishing, installing, and testing of approximately 1,430 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity interceptor sewer main; 4-foot diameter concrete manholes, unclassified excavation, earthen and concrete check dams, stream crossings, sediment / erosion control procedures, rip-rap streambank stabilization, backfill, tie-ins of all lines entering existing manholes, handling wastewater flows for tie-in to existing gravity sewers and sewer manholes, working in close proximity with other utilities, testing, reconnections/tie-ins, sewer service reconnections, surface and property restoration, pavement restoration, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings or indicated in the Contract Specifications. The City of Mt. The City of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee reserves the right to reject any proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee further reserves the right to reject all proposals.
