Vendors shall come up with the best proposal for RFP submittal but not limited to - Linear ft - Procedure of work - Materials used - Number of staffs used - Safety Precautionary measures Precast caulking of walls: 1. South walls (Children's, Link and Women's buildings), 2. East walls (Children's building), 3. Exterior walls enclosed between Women's and Link buildings, and 4. Penthouses' Walls (Children's, Link and Women's buildings) Please quote costs as linear foot rate of pre-cast caulking. Caulking of windows on: 5. West Side (Women's building) 6. Additional windows to be added and or removed at IWK's discretion and prices adjusted accordingly. Please quote costs as linear foot rate of window caulking
