To be eligible, any bid must be submitted on the forms provided by the Municipality and be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount. Only bids from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or those who have a business establishment in Ontario will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract, all in accordance with the agreement on the liberalization of public contracts in Quebec and the United States.
