The work of this call for tenders is described as follows: leveling or removal of existing paving; repair of the existing foundation in certain places; repair of the roadway with paving and roller compacted concrete; repair of sidewalks, curbs and barriers; drainage and site development. All the relevant conditions are described in the tender documents which must be obtained through the electronic tendering system. CONDITIONS Only bids from a contractor or supplier with an establishment in Quebec or an establishment in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be accepted.
