**As of October 19, 2021, the project was awarded to Creative Constructors LLC was awarded base bid and Alternate #1. Start date is Oct. 25. Bids will be received for a single prime contract which includes the base bid and 4 Alternates. The base bid includes, but is not limited to the demolition of selected areas of the existing Regner Park Beach House, additions to the remaining building, remodeling of the existing building including new Plumbing/HVAC/electrical systems, and selected site work.
