Renovation of a multi-residential development in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project takes place at Alderney Manor at 1 Alderney Drive in the community of Dartmouth within the HRM. The Work involves but is not necessarily limited to the decommissioning and replacement of the Service entrance switchboard complete with new wiring, conduit, circuit breakers and grounding. The duration of the power outage(s) shall be limited to eight (8) hours and shall be coordinated with the Owner. Provide a 450kVA, 120/208V 3-phase 4-wire temporary generator and temporary power distribution equipment to provide the building with power for the duration of all power outages. Provide a minimum of two (2) weeks notice before power shutdowns, regardless of duration.
