The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (MTA C&D), seeks to engage a consultant organization to provide Program Management Consultant, Construction Management, and Design Compliance Services and Construction Management Services (collectively, "PMC Services") to assist MTA C&D in administering, managing, overseeing, and coordinating both design-build and design-build-bid packages. Design Build Contract: Station Renewal and Thru Span Rehabilitation at 61st Street- Woodside Station Flushing Line (IRT), Replacing Four (4) Escalators (One (1) at 61st St- Woodside and Three (3) at 74th St-Roosevelt Avenue), and Overcoating Track-Level Components from 48th St - 72nd St on the Flushing Line.
