The Project consists of edge milling, milling travel lanes, 4,103 tons of 1' or 2" level course, 2" asphalt overlay, asphalt patching, excavation of undesirable roadbase and subgrade material, 37,257 s.y. of lightweight chip & seal (Utelite) type "A" with CSS-1 fog seal, lowering and raising valve boxes, monuments, and manholes, removal and replacement curb & gutter and flatwork, rebuilding a sewer manhole, and all other project work. Completion date for Asphalt work is November 1, 2021 if weather will allow, if not is to be finished in the spring by May 31, 2022 and completion date for the Chip and Seal will be June 20, 2022 if weather permits. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.
