As of September 29, 2021 an award has not been made. Proposals are still under evaluation. The University invites you to submit a proposal for implementing innovative distance learning technologies, Audio-Visual (AV) turn-key solutions. Provide the design, infrastructure, management, procurement, installation, configuration, programming, support, training of and Audio-Visual equipment for 27 distance learning classrooms listed. Classrooms are located on the central UH campus and at the Sugar Land and Katy locations. Respondents are invited to submit proposals for all 27 classrooms. Scope of the project also includes project management to ensure that classroom installation are completed in the desired timeframe. Respondents are required to attend. Required proposal documents will be reviewed and there will be an opportunity to ask questions. Attendance of a pre-proposal meeting are required to submit a proposal. Contract will be to provide a turn-key installation of classrooms and will conclude when the installations are completed and approved by University Information Technology. University reserves the right to negotiate a modification of contract terms and schedules as necessary. The expected term of the contract will not exceed April 22, 2022.
