This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes: the removal of the existing east stadium bleacher seating system and associated press box as well as the over-excavation of the existing soils underneath the existing seating by approximately 4' to allow the existing disturbed soils to be removed and replaced with new fill to allow micropiles to be driven into the hillside to stabilize the soils for the new seating system. The existing restroom building to the east of the existing seating will remain. The existing bleacher seating will be replaced with aluminum stadium seating over a concrete riser system. All handrails and guardrails associated with the project will be stainless steel. The project will also add a roadway from the parking lot to the north, to access a new middle concourse vending section within the new east stadium seating. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the FLCC, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond form, or equivalent shall accompany the Cost Proposal. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the State.
