The work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing 1,600mm diameter galvanized corrugated iron pipe (TTOG) culverts with two new 2,000mm diameter galvanized corrugated iron pipe (TTOG) culverts , raising and repairing the roadway, protecting existing services under culverts and installing semi-rigid safety barriers located in the work area. This project will be carried out within the framework of the PAVL program. The granting of the contract is therefore conditional on obtaining the subsidy, financing from the Municipality and obtaining the other required authorizations (if necessary; loan by-law, etc.). The Bidder who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications carried out by the FQM on August 5, 2021. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the Bidders in the event of rejection of all bids.
