The Navajo Nation Facilities Maintenance Department (here after referred to as FMD) invites interested companies to submit proposals to provide and install a 60 mill Scrim Reinforce Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane at the listed facilities under APPENDIX "A". It is the contractor's responsibility to measure the square footage of roofing areas. The TPO membrane must be specifically designed and suited for roof applications, i.e flashing, inside and outside corners on curbs, parapets and scuppers. This contract shall begin March 2022 through September 2022. The FMD is accepting proposals from qualified roofing repair companies to provide and install a 60 mill Scrim Reinforce Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane at the designated facilities. The award of the contract shall be determined by the FMD. The FMD reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request. Any responses received after the above scheduled due date and time shall not be accepted or considered. 1. Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services to complete roofing and roof detail work using the TPO roofing membrane system. 2. Remove and disposal of all materials/debris associated with new roofinstallation. a. Roof Area - 15,240 square feet - remove and dispose of existing roofing, wood, fiber insulation and related debris to the existing structure beams. Provide and install new % inch thick exterior grade CDX plywood decking, Install new 2x6 nailers at rood perimeter. Install one (1) layer of 3.3 inch isocyanurate ridged installation over decking. Apply tapered insulation to ensure positive drainage over 100% ofroofsurface. 3. Install new white 60 mil single ply TPO roofing membrane. Membrane is to be installed up to the existing parapet and curbs. Contractor shall follow the manufacture's installation requirements. Installation must be performed by a certified installer. Certification must be supplied with bid. Contractor must also supply, with bid, the manufacture's product data sheets and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on each material proposed for usage. 4.
