This will consist of but not be limited to any and all proceedings required to design, analyze, construct, model, survey, permit or inspect low head dams in order to provide safety improvements. In addition, the consultant will be required to submit required applications to the SWC for the projects in accordance with their guidelines Substantial Completion for all Work shall be October 31, 2023.
