Cornell Drive and S. Stony Island Avenue. Removal and closure of S. Cornell Drive between Westbound Midway Plaisance and E. Hayes Drive. Reconstruction and realignment of S. Cornell Drive, Hayes Drive and E. 63rd Street intersection and construction of two new pedestrian underpasses (SN 016-6250, SN 016-6291). Reconstruction and realignment of E Hayes Drive and S. Richards Drive intersection. Rehabilitation of the E. Hayes Drive Bridge (SN 016- 6196) over Jackson Park Lagoon. Construction of a new pedestrian underpass beneath E. Hayes Drive (SN 016-6290) west of S. Lake Shore Drive. Widening of Southbound S. Lake Shore Drive and resurfacing from E. 57th Drive to E.
