Approximately 20,052 sf Year Built: 1920 12-16 Affordable Housing Units Hard Construction (residential) - $5,013,000 Remediation & Site Work - $705,000 Soft Costs - $571,800 Contingency - 10% (hard costs, soft costs & remediation) - $628,980 Applicants must be prepared to address any and all environmental issues which includes, but is not limited to, asbestos removal, mold, lead, etc. Applicants will not be allowed to enter the premises due to safety concerns.
