The work includes, but is not limited to, all labour, fuel, material, equipment and fuel necessary to remove and replace concrete sidewalk bays to the specifications as outlined by the City of Kawartha Lakes in Appendix C RFQ Particulars; Section 1 - Deliverables. The City reserves the right to add or remove locations to remain within the approved budget. The following locations will all include removal/disposal and replacement. Area # 7 must include the removal of stump in price. i.e. Lindsay - 42 St. Patrick Street is 24m2 , so there is 24m2 of removal/disposal and 24m2 of replacement.
