The Project seeks to provide 240 specialized Long-Term care ("LTC") beds, and additional services, to meet the full range of residents' needs aimed at both quality of care and quality of life and will align with provincial health system goals and LTC policies, guidelines, and standards. TIMELINE: Construction is underway. *Construction Management contract value is $9,999,730. *Building construction cost has not been released by the owner.
