** This project has been awarded to Virtexco Corporation ** Conversion of Warehouse to Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) at Fort Pickett - Blackstone, VA. VAFM PN 20-0003 The project is generally described as the renovation of the existing warehouse 561; consisting of demolition of the existing building down to the primary structural elements, and construction of new building envelope, interior office and administrative spaces, storage and support spaces, utilities and systems, and sitework, as indicated in the Contract Documents. A Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Performance Bond (DGS-30-084, form CO-10) and a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Labor and Material Payment Bond (DGS 30-088, form CO-10.1) WILL be required regardless of the bid amount. A 5% Bid Bond is required. No other forms of security, including certified checks, will be accepted.
