Site work for a water / sewer project in Dekalb, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of the Village of Malta and Kishwaukee College Sanitary Service Extension for the Kishwaukee Water Reclamation District, DeKalb County, Illinois The proposed construction consists of the following: 3-inch and 10-inch force mains with air release valve vaults; two (2) pumping stations with wet well, valve vault, and meter vault; two (2) 12-inch gravity sewers and manholes; 15-inch gravity sewer and manholes; generator building; modifications to existing influent manholes to convert the Village of Malta Wastewater Treatment Plant to excess flow treatment only; and other miscellaneous items of work. Bidder agrees the Work will be substantially completed within 450 calendar days after the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 1.11 of the Supplementary Conditions within 480 calendar days after the Contract Time commences to run.
