The Project consists of the following major components: Replacement of approximately 150 water laterals and meter re-sets. Replacement of approximately 120 water lateral services. All bidders must be properly licensed in accordance with Ala. Code 34-8-1, et seq and meet the bidding requirements set forth in the proposal.
