Renovation of an educational facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace the chiller unit at the Presidents Residence. Any additional questions, please email Mary Rue at mary-rue@uiowa.edu. Constructor shall perform all work in the designated areas between 11/01/21 and 12/17/21. Constructor may not commence work in the designated areas until 11/01/21. Bidder agrees to Substantially Complete project Work within one hundred six (106) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice of Award and shall have no more than twenty-one (21) to complete all items on the Punch List and achieve Final Completion. Targeted Small Business (TSB): The certified Iowa TSB participation goal for this project is 10 percent (10%) of the Base Bid.
