Reference Number : 1555793 The Company and PSPC are working together to solicit proposals from Proponents who can provide technical design and implementation advisory services. These services will be for the modernization and transfer of the pavement and underground infrastructure of the site campus grounds, located in Ottawa, Ontario, and owned by the federal government, to the City of Ottawa, through the preparation a development project agreement or a subdivision plan. However, the Company will be primarily responsible for the development of the plan (s) of subdivision, in close collaboration with PSPC. The Plan (s) of Subdivision will support the development of a mixed-use community, including federal offices, in accordance with the Master Plan and Tunney's Pasture Implementation Plan, as well as the objectives established by the Company and PSPC. They will also follow the local land use plans and the planning policies of the City of Ottawa. The plan (s) of subdivision will be fully developed and accepted in principle by the City of Ottawa and all required stakeholders, but will not be formally submitted until the government internal alienation process is completed and approved. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
