Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Single prime contract for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for Refuse Enclosure East Belleview Winona, Minnesota 55987 The Project consists of demolition and removal of two existing wooden refuse enclosures and a storage shed. Concrete and bituminous paving and curb and gutter shall be removed as required. A new masonry enclosure shall be constructed and the site and paving patched and repaired. All work will be in accordance with Construction Documents prepared by OWA Architects and its Consultants. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft made payable to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Winona, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a surety bond of a surety company duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total construction bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Winona, Minnesota. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bond, in the penal sum of the full amount of the contract as awarded. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Winona, Minnesota, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
