Fairlane Commercial Center Water and Gas Utility Relocation Direct all questions to David Nolte at david.nolte@ibhc.com SCOPE OF WORK The work provided for in these specifications shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work necessary to accomplish utility relocation including over 500 feet of 6" waterline, over 900 feet of 8" waterline, and 60 feet of 12" waterline with all associated valves, fire hydrants, and fittings. Gas line relocation including almost 2000 feet of 2" low pressure line and 60 feet of 4" low pressure line with all the associated valves, fittings, etc., together with all other incidental and related work, as set forth herein these specifications and the Contract Drawings and as directed by the City Engineer, in order to make a complete and finished product.
