Reference Number : 1517113 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-08-19 Electronic submission accepted: No The Municipality of La Pêche (Owner) is requesting bids for the execution of culvert repair work on Kennedy Road described below (without limitation): Demolition of existing infrastructure Installation of new culverts Water Management Pavement reshaping Reprofiling of ditches and embankments Arrangement of the extremities Installation of guardrails To be considered valid, any tender must be prepared on the form provided with the tender documents and accompanied by the required documents mentioned in the estimate. The documents required for the submission will be available on the Electronic Invitation to Tender System website from August 9, 2021. Obtaining the documents is subject to the applicable pricing defined by the Electronic Invitation to Tender System. The person responsible for the Contracting Authority's call for tenders is Mr. Benoit Doré, ing. Any questions should be addressed to this person by email at: b.dore@villelapeche.qc.ca. The Client reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders received and to withdraw certain parts from the contract. the Client will not be liable to any legal action or claim for costs or losses incurred by the tenderers as a result of such decisions.
