Renovation of a mixed-use development in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 28,337-square-foot museum.
In general the work consists of upgrades for the existing Deppe Wagon Pavilion, a 30,000 SF pre- engineered metal building. The project will provide a 16,000 SF temporary storage tent to provide cover to the wagons stored in the Deppe Wagon Pavilion (wagons moved by others). Interior cleaning of visible mold will be coordinated as part of the general prime contractor's scope of work. The building will be insulated and secured with an exposed insulation liner system and ground level metal liner panel. Architectural work includes minor wall build-outs, metal panel replacements, and door replacements. The project includes a new water service to support a new sprinkler system, a heated fire protection equipment room, new ventilation and destratification fans with a DDC system, and associated electrical connection needs
