Site work and new construction of a power facility in Buda, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; and for the construction of a power facility.
As of 10/12/2021 This project has not been awarded. The Contractor shall provide all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, assembly, and demobilization as necessary to provide one (1) factory prefabricated control building and one (1) site constructed control building with all components including miscellaneous equipment for the DISTRICT'S Olive Creek 345 kV Substation located at the intersection of SW 42nd Street and West Pella Road, one (1) mile north of Hallam, Nebraska. This Contract is being bid in two (2) Parts. Part I provides for one (1) 60' x 28' Factory Fabricated Control Building including delivery and assembly at the DISTRICT'S Olive Creek Substation on foundations installed by others. Part II provides for the construction of one (1) 75' x 50' Control Building at the DISTRICT'S Olive Creek Substation on foundations installed by the Contractor. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
