The existing unit is a 4,000 gal. tank having two compartments: 2,000 gal. gasoline, 2,000 gal. diesel The Fueling Station Improvements Project includes the demolition and replacement of the existing skid mounted fuel storage tank and dispensing system with a new 6,000-gal dual-containment diesel and unleaded fuel storage tank and dispensing system. Work includes installation of associated fuel tank components, access stairway, fueling spill containment pad and dead-end sump catch basin modifications. Work in this project is within of the security area requiring Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC). The engineer's estimate for the project is $262,200 - $296,450. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Individuals attending the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be required to furnish and utilize safety equipment to include reflective clothing (or vest) and sturdy shoes. In accordance with Washington State Labor and Industries guidance, Port policy for face coverings provides that masks appropriate for COVID 19 protection are required for non-vaccinated individuals indoors (no ventilated masks allowed).
