Renovation of a fire / police facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

General Summary as follows: - Provide new emergency power system and electrical distribution modifications; - Decommission and remove existing diesel generator, diesel fuel, fuel storage tank and all associated accessories, piping, connections & wiring; - Provide new underground electrical service from street Utility pole to the new main electrical room, including new electrical distribution and all connections; - Remove existing electrical service at completion of the work.; - Provide temporary power and connections as required, and minimize all power interruptions; - Provide all temporary power connections during construction to maintain building services and occupant operations. All cut-overs and shut-downs shall be during quiet hours; - Modify natural gas service and metering and provide all new connections; - Provide all new equipment, system supervision and monitoring connected to existing systems; - Complete systems verification and commissioning.
