This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as TCHC) to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal for the provision of Goods and/or Services as further described in Appendix B - Scope of Work (the Deliverables). TCHC is seeking a Contractor for the provision of Construction - Building Drainage System Retrofit services at 1-15 Arbordell Rd. TCHC will be awarding Construction - Building Drainage System Retrofit - 1-15 Arbordell Rd. to the lowest priced submission. The scope includes sanitary piping retrofit at buildings 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 Arbordell Road, West Acres, Toronto. Cut and cap the existing kitchen sanitary stack, supply and install a new horizontal sanitary line between kitchen sink and washroom sanitary stack. Include all labour and material for cutting and patching the walls to access the work area.
