August 31, 2021 at 5:00 pm - Question Deadline The work consists of Destruction of two (2) existing potable water wells North Long Beach (NLB) 4 and NLB 9: dismantling, salvaging, removal of existing equipment and well facilities, fitting of aboveground piping with blind flange, conducting a downhole video survey, destruction and removal of concrete flooring, block walls, pump pedestal, destruction of the well, backfill and compaction Construction, Development, and Testing of two (2) potable water supply wells NLB 13 and NLB 14: each with a design capacity of 2,500 gallons per minute (gpm), including but not limited to site preparation, conductor casing and sanitary seal, borehole drilling, geophysical logging, borehole reaming, caliper survey, casing installation, gravel envelope placement, transition and annular seal placement, well development and testing, disinfection.
