Renovation and addition to a medical facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 15,228-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
KGH MRI Replacement and Addition located at Kelowna General Hospital (KGH), 2268 Pandosy Street in Kelowna, BC, will include a two-phase renovation project that will construct a building addition adjacent to the existing Medical Imaging (MI) department (Phase 1), while renovations to the current MRI occupied space (Phase 2). The current facility and programming will remain operational during the construction and renovations. The Services are expected to commence by February 2023 with occupancy complete by November 2025.
