The City of Schertz is issuing a Request for Bids for construction services Tri County Parkway Project Questions are due in writing no later than Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. (CST). Any questions in reference to this RFB must be directed to Purchasing & Asset Management at purchasing@schertz.com The City of Schertz reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best and most advantageous to the City, and hold the responses for a period of 60 days without taking action. The City of Schertz reserves the right to accept responses from more than one firm determined to be the best option for the City. Respondents are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time. The project will consist of full depth pavement reconstruction from face of curb to face of curb on Tri County Parkway and Lookout Road along the limits specified in the construction documents and replacement of existing 8-inch sewer with 18-inch sewer along a parallel alignment. Construction operations will include pavement removal, select curb & gutter removal, new pavement section, new sewer line and manholes, thermoplastic pavement striping and markings, and ancillary improvements, including traffic control and regulation, SWPPP in accordance with TPDES, sewer bypass pumping, within the city limits of the City ofSchertz.
