Site work for a road / highway in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work under this Contract generally consists of the Retaining Wall Repair of the Romeo Street Underpass. The Retaining Wall Repair activities primarily relate to the rehabilitation of the existing concrete including the removal of deteriorated concrete, reinforcement of steel, and concrete patching. This is based on recommendations provided in the OSIM report. The Contractor will not be allowed to close any street without the express written consent of the City. The Contractor will be required to follow a traffic control plan provided by the City for each phase of the project. Construction shall start on the date of the City Engineer's written order to commence on or about Monday, September 20th, 2021. The Bidder shall complete the work within a time to be known as the "Time for Completion" of 30 Working Days.
