The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Service Start : 12/1/2021 Service End : 6/30/2023 Alberta Park Dam Phase 4 Rehab, Cm/gc Contractor Pre-construction Review of 30% Through 100% Design and Construction Planning Activities The Colorado Department of Natural Resources (DNR), on behalf of the Division of Parks and Wildlife (Colorado Parks and Wildlife; CPW) is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified Contractors interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for a dam rehabilitation construction project (Project) at Alberta Park Dam (Dam). The Dam is located south of Wolf Creek Pass in Mineral County, Colorado, within the Rio Grande National Forest, and is owned and operated by CPW for recreational purposes.
