Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Princeton, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the restoration of the clock tower at the Goodnow Memorial Library, located at 4 Town Hall Drive in Princeton, MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by architects Spencer, Sullivan & Vogt. The scope of the work includes: o Masonry restoration, including but not limited to cutting and pointing of stonework, selective rebuilding of stonework, crack injection. Cutting and pointing of interior brickwork o Selective replacement of sheet metal flashings o Replacement of asphalt shingle roof with new slate roof, with associated metal flashings o Restoration of clock faces, windows, and weathervane o Installation of new steel tension frames at tower interior The work is estimated to cost $450,000
