Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

The proposal is to construct two regional, vegetated stormwater management facilities (dry ponds) in two areas of the park in support of a larger infrastructure project for the area involving the Portland Bureau of Transportation and Portland Bureau of Environmental Services. The larger project will enable street improvements on unimproved streets in the Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood, with some newly paved streets, new sidewalks, street lights, street trees, and stormwater management systems funded through a Local Improvement District. The stormwater facilities within the park will manage stormwater runoff from the newly paved streets and portions of runoff from the park itself. The facilities will be planted with native species. The West Dry Pond will be located at the corner of SE 45th and SE Tenino Drive; it will be approximately 1,610 square feet in size and will have a gabion wall along its southern edge, not to exceed 4 feet in height. The East Dry Pond will be located at SE Tenino Court between SE 51st Ave and SE 52nd Ave; it will be approximately 1,930 square feet in size and will have a wall along the southern portion of the pond, within the park.
