East Avon Early Works Pipe Material Procurement for the 96-Inch Water Transmission Main Relocation Project Questions Due Date: Aug 24th 2021, 12:00 PM EDT General: The Summary of Work is a brief description of the Work to be provided by the Supplier. This summary is not intended to be a complete listing of the Work required for installation of the pipe materials The installation of the supplied pipe will be awarded to a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) Firm. The CMAR Firm will procure the installation through an open-book bidding process. The CMAR Firm or its subcontractor(s), collectively referred to herein as CMAR Firm, will install the pipe material. The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) intends to assign the East Avon Early Works Pipe Material Contract to the CMAR Firm designated by GLWA. Supplier hereby consents to such contract assignment. Contract assignment to the CMAR Firm will occur in accordance with the milestone dates provided in this section Award CMAR Firm Contract (approximate) September 1, 2021 CMAR Firm to Solicit Bids and Submit GMP 1 (East Avon Early Works Package) to GLWA October 1, 2021 Issue Change Order to Accept GMP 1 (approximate) November 1, 2021
