Select qualified firms in accordance with the Consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act, F.S. 287.055 to provide professional civil engineering services under a continuing contract. Task orders for various district-wide projects will be issued on an as needed basis. The District intends to select no fewer than two (2) or no more than four (4) firms to provide these services. The firm(s) selected under this continuing contract will be responsible for assigned projects having estimated construction costs and study fees not exceeding the threshold amounts of $4,000,000 (construction) and $500,000 (study fees) respectively, as provided for in 287.055, Florida Statutes. Respondents shall submit any questions and/or requests for clarifications via email to: purchasing@flaglerschools.com by the due date and time as indicated. Question End Date 8/24/2021 4:00 PM Anticipated Award Date 10/19/2021 FCSB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, to waive any irregularities and technicalities and may, at its sole discretion, request a clarification or other information to evaluate any or all submittals. FCSB reserves the right to reject any and and/or all items proposed or award to multiple Respondents. Prior to board approval, FCSB may cancel the RFQ or portions thereof, without penalty.
