Renovation of an educational facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of exterior improvements to the building, including replacement of existing exterior windows, replacement of exterior doors, repointing and patching all brick, stone, and precast masonry, replacement of flashings, caulking of joints, cleaning masonry surfaces, and cleaning the steep slope clay tile roof system. Interior work shall consists of painting and touch up of interior surfaces as required by the installation of he new windows and doors. Trades included but not limited to: Selective Structure Demolition, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Precast Architectural Concrete, Unit Masonry Restoration, Brick Masonry Repair, Brick Masonry Repointing, Stone Repair & Repointing, Unit Masonry, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Plastic Fabrications, Dampproofing, Water Repellents, SBS Modified Bituminous Roofing, Joint Sealants, D/F/H, Aluminum Framed Entrances, Aluminum Windows, Glazing, Drywall, Plastering, Mullion Trim Cap, Painting, Epoxy Coatings, Site Clearing, Asphalt & Concrete Paving, Underground Irrigation Protection, Planting. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee.
