Closing Time: 2:00 P.M. (NT) Work under this contract generally includes the removal of existing asphalt, removal of USM, supply and replacement of selected granular base and sub-base materials and asphalt concrete pavement in performing upgrades to approximately 415 m of Shearstown Road located in the Town of Bay Roberts. Storm water management improvements are also being implemented to capture uncontrolled water flows which are causing erosion problems along various sections of the project routing; this includes approximately 350 m of new storm sewer on Shearstown Road. The installation of approximately 870 m of concrete curb and gutter and approximately 400 m of concrete sidewalk is also included in the scope of work. The Work will be substantially performed within SCG 10.0 working days from the date of notification of award of contract
