Completed plans call for the construction of a 54,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 98,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

Site located at 1380 Chatham Parkway, Savannah, Georgia. Work consists of, but not limited to the following:1.A new two-story 54,000 GSF mixed use occupancy building (HUB),Construction Type II-B, with volunteer, administration, full-service kitchen, and warehouse space; a new 98,000 GSF Group S-2 Warehouse building (WAREHOUSE), Construction Type II-B, with dry storage, cooler and freezer storage, and an office suite; and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The Chatham County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities and make the award in the best interest of the County. This contract is subject to Federal and State contract provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
