Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City is seeking quotes from bridge general contractors to complete the following projects regarding bridge repairs: - Patricia Park Pedestrian Bridge Replacement - Arcola Ave at Pilot Butte Creek Pedestrian Underpass Repairs - Assiniboine Ave over Wascana Creek Sidewalk Repairs. These repairs will be completed in the 2022 to maintain the City's bridge infrastructure. The major items of work are as follows: Demolition to remove existing decking, girders, handrail, abutments, retaining wall, concrete sidewalk, asphalt pathway and selective portions of piles; Supply and installation of new steel pedestrian bridge superstructure and handrail Supply and placement of new concrete piles, abutments, wingwalls, retaining wall, sidewalk and pathway slab Supply and installation of new timber decking; Design, supply and installation of new helical screw piles; Supply and installation of new culvert, rip rap, and swale; New asphalt pathway and regrading of existing gravel pathways to connect to the work area; and Miscellaneous landscaping and other work to provide a completed project.
