Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Drummond, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of the supply and installation of approximately 140m of storm sewer piping and approximately 150m of concrete curb and gutter. Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 or e-mail at postmaster@bmnb.ca. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Village of Drummond and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John. Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Village of Drummond. There shall be no pre-tender meetings. All inquiries may be directed at (506) 789-1225 or e-mail at postmaster@bmnb.ca .
