Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Roselle Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and labeled by project, as indicated above, on the outside, addressed to Andrew J. Casais, RMC, QPA, Qualified Purchasing Agent at the address above. Any addenda shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23. All bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action. Small, Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to obtain specifications and compete for contracts. Andrew J. Casais, RMC, QPA Borough Clerk / Qualified Purchasing. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment to complete all work as described in the forgoing specifications. B. The project will commence as soon as ground conditions warrant, but no later than within one (1) week as directed by the Borough of Roselle Parks contract administrator. C. Designation of work areasshall be the responsibility of the Borough of Roselle Park. The contractor shall coordinate with the Borough of Roselle Park's contract administrator prior to the commencement of work.
